About investment

The Nowa Inspiracja estate consists of five modernist buildings with modern design in Nowe Żerniki in Wrocław.

Location

The investment is located in the vicinity of Wrocław, approximately 10 kilometers from the city center. It is located at Krystyny ​​i Mariana Barskich Street, in the new model housing estate Nowe Żerniki - a project jointly organized by the city of Wrocław, the Lower Silesian Chamber of Architects of the Republic of Poland, in cooperation with the Wrocław branch of SARP. The estate includes a school, kindergarten, community center, retirement home, retail and service outlets, recreational facilities, and playgrounds.

The vicinity of the investment

The investment is surrounded by extensive green areas and family allotment gardens. Nearby there is Pilczycki Park, Glinianki swimming pool - a natural reservoir with three lakes. There are tables for playing table tennis, beach soccer and beach volleyball courts. In the vicinity there is a restaurant, bakery, Żabka grocery store, beauty salon, Funfit II fitness club at the Wrocław Stadium. The nearest educational institutions are Primary School No. card. S. Architecture

The design of the estate was inspired by the Wrocław WuWA housing exhibition from 1929. The investment includes five buildings with various types of development - three intimate four-story buildings, a seven-story block and a Premium building. The entire design is monochrome, with gray and beige elements. Modernist buildings with wooden elements, large glazing, balcony balustrades with various layouts, anti-smog vegetation on the roofs.

Infrastructure of the estate

The buildings of the estate are equipped with silent elevators and parking spaces in the underground garage, bicycle rooms, trolley rooms, storage rooms, bicycle boxes. A green terrace is designed on the roof of the seven-story building, accessible to all residents.

Communication

The investment has a convenient connection with other parts of the city. Right next to the estate there is a tram stop (lines no. 3, no. 10 and no. 20) and a bus stop (buses no. 243, no. 253), 1500 m to the Wrocław Stadion railway station. to the center of Wrocław, and both outside the city. Within a 10-minute drive you can reach the Magnolia Park shopping center, and the Market Square in 20 minutes.

The Nowa Inspiracja estate has a diversified development. In the Premium building, two-level apartments are designed, with increased acoustic insulation of windows, with areas from 51 to 99 m2, 4 apartments on each level. The seven-story building has premises ranging from 35 to 74.5 m2, each apartment has a balcony, loggia or terrace. The four-story buildings have bright, two-sided apartments ranging in size from 28 to 81 m2, with large loggias or terraces. The developer offers turnkey finishing packages for all apartments.
