BLOCKPOL is a family-run construction company founded in 1990 by MSc. Bogusław Zieliński. After more than 10 years of experience in the construction market, the owner of the company decided to extend the BLOCKPOL offer also to the sale of apartments. Residential and service buildings at ul. Jedności Narodowej 84 and ul. Bolesława Prusa 9c in Wrocław were the first investments in which BLOCKPOL was both the investor and the contractor.
We specialize in housing and service construction, erecting structures of buildings, halls and warehouses requiring knowledge of the latest technologies and materials as well as professional and highly qualified staff, whose professional and personal ambitions are related to the program and prestige of the company, which are implemented in the General Contractor system. . The principals of the company were: housing cooperatives, developers, banks, hospitals, production and service plants.
In order to ensure the highest possible level of services and meet the expectations of our customers, we have developed our own Quality Policy.
