Moje Miejsce is an investment of a higher standard consisting of multi-family buildings and a commercial and office part, located in the central-southern part of the left bank of Warsaw.

Location

The estate is located at Chrystiana Piotra Aignera Street, within the Mokotów district. It is about 5.5 kilometers from the city center. The area is characterized by a well-developed communication, commercial, service and recreational infrastructure.

The vicinity of the investment

Architecture

Buildings with a height of 3 to 5 floors are designed in a minimalist style. In the residential part of the investment, irregular window arrangements, light shades in the façade finishes and decorative elements in the color of wood were used, the office part was finished in dark shades and enriched with extensive glazing. Steel balcony railings have been added. A commercial and service space has been designed on the ground floor of residential buildings.

The infrastructure of the estate

Common relaxation zones, plant arrangements and elements of small architecture have been made in the estate.
