The Mehoffer investment is an intimate, high-standard multi-family building erected in the northern part of Warsaw, on the right bank of the city.

Location

The building is located at the intersection of Mehoffera and Talarowa streets, within the Tarchomin estate belonging to the Warsaw district of Białołęka. The distance to the center of Warsaw is nearly 17 kilometers. The investment was carried out in a quiet area surrounded by recreational areas with developed urban infrastructure and not dense, low-rise buildings.

Architecture

The five-storey building was made in the modernist style, with the use of an irregular geometric arrangement of a simple block. Shades of white and light gray were used in the elevations, numerous steel balcony and terrace balustrades were added. In the ground-floor part, there will be space for commercial and service premises.
