The investment is located 7.6 km from the center of Warsaw, at ul. Człuchowska 35 in Jelonki Południowe, in the Bemowo district, on the left bank of the capital. High-rise buildings predominate in the area.

Architecture

The investment was designed by the Mąka Sojka Architekci architectural studio from Warsaw. Next to the 50-meter tower, there are cascading buildings from 4 to 14 floors connected by a coherent appearance with rhythmic façade divisions with an undercut glass ground floor.

The estate is open. There are commercial and service premises on the ground floor. The plot is developed in a patio with pavements, a green zone with low vegetation and shrubs. The common space is equipped with elements of small architecture. The elevators in the buildings operate from the underground garage level. Communication

Next to the investment, there is a bus stop "Rozłogi" on lines 189, 190 and the night N42. Bus lines 105, 112, 220, 249, 743, N42 and N45 stop at the nearby "Człuchowska" stop. The tram line is 1 km away ("Hala Wola" stop on lines 10, 11 and 26). Człuchowska Street and ul. Powstańców Śląskich are one of the main thoroughfares of the district.
