The "Bajeczna" estate is an intimate investment located in Bobrowiec at Bajeczna Street in the Lesznowola commune, in a quiet and peaceful area, surrounded by forests. It consists of 16 houses with areas ranging from 130 to 190 m 2, located on plots with dimensions of 351 to 710 m 2.

In the vicinity there is the Janki bypass and a link to the S8 route. Thanks to it, you can get to Aleje Jerozolimskie and downtown Warsaw in just 20 minutes by car.

Moreover, the bus connections of the Warsaw ZTM and communal minibus lines ensure quick access to Warsaw and Piaseczno. In addition, the recently modernized Koleje Mazowieckie line from the Nowa Iwiczna station allows you to get to the center of Warsaw in 20 minutes. A joint ZTM and Koleje Mazowieckie ticket allows the inhabitants of the region to use any means of transport. In the near future, the construction of the Puławska BIS expressway will begin in the Lesznowola commune, which will connect the Warszawa Lotnisko junction with Lesznowola and will relieve Puławska street from traffic.
