The River House investment in Szczecin is a 7-storey apartment building with an underground garage located in Szczecin Śródmieście.

Location

The apartment building is located in the western part of Śródmieście, in the historic Turzyn, at ul. St. Spirit, in front of the Gothic Church of St. John the Evangelist, about 1.6 km from the center of Szczecin.

Investment area

The investment has full commercial and service facilities. There is a Żabka grocery store nearby. The Netto supermarket and the German Delicatessen are also nearby. In the area there are restaurants, bars, pizzerias, bistros, pharmacies. There are bank branches, a post office and numerous service outlets within walking distance. At a distance of approx. 300 m, there is the Tobruki Shopping Center. The estate also houses the oldest municipal market, "Turzyn", and the shopping center "Turzyn" with a Carrefour hypermarket. Access to health care is provided by nearby doctor's offices, a medical center, specialist facilities, and the Ministry of Interior and Administration at Park Noakowski. There are at least 17 educational institutions in the vicinity of the investment. The closest are "Promyk Podzamcze". Non-public Language and Music Kindergarten (300 m), Public Kindergarten No. 32, Primary School No. 61, School Complex No. 4 for them. Armii Krajowej, XIV Secondary School with Bilingual Departments, Special Industry School. At al. Piastów houses the departments of the West Pomeranian University of Technology and the University of Szczecin. There are also sports facilities (sports fields, fitness centers and gyms, a shooting range) and active entertainment (trampoline parks, roller skating rink).

Architecture

The apartment building was built of a solid with a flat roof on a regular L-shape. This smaller part of the building was cascaded. The façades are partially white and smooth, and part of the lower floors is finished with a red brick clinker tile, referring to the former Szczecin buildings.

The infrastructure of the estate

The investment area is developed. On the ground floor there are areas for commercial premises. There is an underground car park with parking spaces for vehicles at the disposal of residents. The building is equipped with a silent-running elevator from the underground garage to the apartments on the top floor. The investment provides for heating from the municipal heating network.

Communication

The apartment building is located 1.6 km from the center of Szczecin. Turzyn has good transport connections with other parts of the city. Next to the investment, there is the "Wyszyńskiego" stop where buses from 13 different lines stop. There are also tram lines within the estate. The Szczecin Główny railway station is located 550 meters from the investment.
