About the project

The investment will consist of two intimate apartment buildings with 5 floors each.

The top floors will overlook the Bay of Gdańsk. The buildings will be well connected, about 200 meters from Aleja Niepodległości. At the same time, this distance will provide the necessary buffer from the busy artery connecting the entire Tri-City, ensuring everyday comfort of operation. It will be complemented by extraordinary architecture - a facade of noble material, wide balconies and windows to the ground.

The park in the immediate vicinity of the investment will be a great recreational area for older and younger residents. In the vicinity there is also the Świemirowska Valley with the forests of the Tri-City Landscape Park. We are only 1.5 kilometers away from the center of Sopot and the beach.

The name of this project refers to the park which is the closest neighbor of the investment.

The interior design of the common parts of Fauna & Flora apartment buildings is a reflection of the idea behind the assumptions of this intimate development, the idea that is included in the phrase "Nature of Luxury".

The basic assumption is the combination of the closeness of nature and the luxurious character of the buildings, which form an enclave of modernity among nature.

This combination of Nature, the location on the edge of the Forests of the Tri-City Landscape Park, the proximity of a pond and stream, and the City with all its amenities is the most reflected in the return of the Nature of Luxury. The combination of these two mutually opposite, but at the same time complementary worlds, is most clearly manifested in the Far Eastern culture and the Jing / Jang idea.

The combination of simplicity referring to nature and the richness of forms associated with luxury, combining these two styles, while maintaining the appropriate proportions, fits into the Jing / Jang symbolism.

That is why the interiors of the common parts of the buildings have something of the character of suburban residences of wealthy Far Eastern merchants, and at the same time refer, through the use of modern materials and technologies, to contemporary large-city apartment buildings.

Combining mutually contradictory, but at the same time complementary ideas or styles, allows you to constantly discover new meanings of the words Nature and Luxury, which are inseparably associated and even connected with the Flora & Fauna estate at the junction of the city and forests. there are representatives of the beautiful Polish fauna - mallards.
