Aqua Tower comprises four multi-family buildings belonging to a recreational and residential complex with commercial and service facilities located in the southern part of Reda.

Location

The investment is located at Morska Street near the border of Reda and Rumia. The area of ​​the investment is characterized by dense development, the surrounding green areas, the vicinity of thoroughfares and communication junctions, and developed commercial and service, recreational, health and educational infrastructure. The investment is located close to 2.2 kilometers from the center of Reda.

Architecture

The complex consists of modern buildings of various heights (from 3 floors), including one 17-story tower. The buildings are connected with each other in the lower floor, where a garage hall is designed. Various geometric shapes of a simple solid were used in the system. The façades were kept in light shades and enriched with extensive glazing. On the ground floor, a commercial and service space has been designed.

The investment area is landscaped, there is a common courtyard with a relaxation area, pavements, elements of small architecture, parking spaces above ground and in a covered garage hall. Passenger lifts have been installed in the buildings. There is a grocery store and eateries in the estate.

Two-, three- and four-room premises with an area of ​​36 to 97 square meters were designed in the investment.
