So far, we have delivered over 4,000 flats in such towns as Rumia, Reda and Gdynia. And we are still developing, implementing new investments.
The Tri-City and its surroundings have enormous potential, which we conscientiously use to design a better tomorrow for our clients. Our ambition is for the housing estates to be conveniently located, functional and friendly to residents.
We have also built public buildings, and our portfolio includes service premises, schools, gas stations, car showrooms. The experience gained will be used in more and more ambitious projects that we intend to implement in the future.
Aquapark Reda is our flagship investment. The facility has been equipped with recreational pools, a sports pool, a fitness club, saunas, a parrot shop, and even accommodation facilities. It is also the only aquapark in Europe where you can watch live sharks.
Our mission is to engage in meeting the expectations of our customers, as well as transparent rules and respect for the environment. In the created space, we focus on the maximum adaptation of the architectural design to the conditions, as well as on the multifaceted comfort of residents and investors.
