About investment

The Osiedle Marine investment in Rumia is a complex of four-storey multi-family buildings with modern infrastructure and own service facilities in a quiet green town, close to hypermarkets and numerous sports facilities.

Location

The estate is located at ul. Kosynierów, near its intersection with ul. Jęczienna, at the junction of Reda and Rumia, within the Little Kashubian Tricity, approx. 10 km from the Baltic Sea coast. The investments are approx. 12 km away from Gdynia.

The vicinity of the investment

Auchan and Leroy Merlin hypermarkets are located in the immediate vicinity of the estate (200-300 m). The Port Rumia Shopping Center, Decathlon store and restaurants are located nearby. There are clinics and a health center nearby. The infrastructure of the estate includes its own kindergarten. District School Complex No. 2 for them. Hipolit Roszczynialski in Rumia is about 1.5 km away. There are other kindergartens and schools within a radius of 3 km. There are numerous entertainment, recreation and sport centers in the area: incl. Aquapark Reda (1 km), Multikino cinema, JumpCity and Lemur Park theme parks, fitness clubs, bicycle park, horse riding stable.

Communication

The estate has good communication with the local and the entire region. Right next to the estate, there is a stop “Rumia Jeziorna” for public buses number 8, 84, 87. Within a short distance (800 m) at ul. Grunwaldzka, there are bus stops for lines 9 and J connecting the city with Wejherowo. A bit further at ul. Grunwaldzka, there is the Rumia junction railway station on the Gdańsk Główny - Stargard line, serving the Tri-City SKM connections, as well as intercity connections in the north-western part of Pomerania. Grunwaldzka Street is also part of the national road No. 6 (along Morska, Sobieskiego and Gdańska Streets). Gdańsk-Rębiechowo Airport is located 30 km from Rumia.

About apartments

The investment consists of two, three and four-room apartments with areas ranging from 34 to 70 m2. The apartments are equipped with mechanical exhaust ventilation, large three-pane six-chamber windows, anti-burglary doors and frost-resistant stoneware on the balcony.
