Location
The investment was erected at Smolna Street, on the border of the Zawady and Główna housing estates in Poznań. The distance from the Old Market Square in Poznań is nearly 3 kilometers. The area has a dense housing development and basic commercial, service, educational and recreational infrastructure, and is well connected with the rest of the city.

Architecture
Buildings with a height of 4 and 5 floors are made in a minimalist style. Various layouts of a simple body, bright facade finishes, extensive glazing, metal and glass balcony railings were used. In part of the investment, retail and service premises on the ground floor were designed.
