The Słoneczne Ogrody estate is being developed in stages in the central-eastern part of Lublin and consists of multi-family buildings.

Location

The investment was located within Wrońska and Droga Męczenników Majdanka Streets, in the Bronowice estate in Lublin. Distance from the city center is 2 kilometers. The area has a developed commercial and service infrastructure, health, education, entertainment and sports, it is well connected with the rest of the city.

Architecture

Buildings with a height of 4 to 14 floors are designed in a modernist style. Irregular layouts of a simple block, color combinations of light and dark shades and materials in the façade finish were used.
