The investment was located within Wrońska and Droga Męczenników Majdanka Streets, in the Bronowice estate in Lublin. Distance from the city center is 2 kilometers. The area has a developed commercial and service infrastructure, health, education, entertainment and sports, it is well connected with the rest of the city.
