Verona House is an intimate multi-family building with a high standard of finish, located in the Podgórze district of Krakow, near the Powstańców Śląskich bridge and the historic district of Kazimierz.

Location

The investment was located at Plac Bohaterów Getta 3, close to 2 kilometers from the very center of Krakow. The district is well connected with the rest of the city through the nearby main arteries - Na Zjeździe and Limanowskiego Streets. The area is characterized by a combination of historic and modern buildings.

The vicinity of the investment

Within 850 meters, there are primary schools - no. Jana Matejki (public) and Logos (private), nearly 1.4 kilometers away - kindergartens No. 57 and No. 92. Near the investment, there are numerous restaurants and cafes, pharmacies, doctor's offices and medical centers, gyms, sports fields, swimming pool, stadium , bank branches, Kika cinema and coffee shop, Father Bernatek footbridge, St. Benedykt, Oskar Schindler's Enamel Factory, MOCAK Gallery, Podgórze Museum. Architecture

The architectural design of the investment was prepared by ARS Projekt Roman Szczypuła. The five-story building was made of a simple, modern style. Shades of brown and beige were used in the plaster facade. Glass balcony railings were made to complement the architectural layout of the building. On the ground floor there is space for commercial and service premises.
