The Mieszkaj w Mieście investment is a large estate, implemented in 12 stages, with various buildings and its own infrastructure, located in the Bronowice district of Krakow.

Location

The estate is located at Wizjonerów Street in Bronowice, near Rondo Ofiar Katynia and the intersection of communication arteries - Armii Krajowej and Radzikowskiego Streets. The neighborhood of the estate is quite quiet and well connected with the rest of the city.

The vicinity of the investment

Right next to the estate - 200 meters - there is a primary school no. Tetmajera, a little further, within a radius of nearly 1.5-2 kilometers, there are primary schools No. 119 and No. 153. Within 500 m there are private kindergartens Gwiazdeczka, Pluszowy Miś, Waniliowy Dworek, Mali Explorers. Nearby there are fitness clubs, tennis courts, cafes, restaurants, the MiniŚwiat entertainment center for children, and a post office. The nearest grocery stores Lewiatan and Żabka are within 500 meters from the investment, and a Lidl supermarket is 1 kilometer away. Architecture

45 buildings have been designed in the "Mieszkaj w Mieście" estate. They have three to eight floors and are made according to various architectural designs. They combine a modern minimalist style, a combination of dark and light shades in the clinker facade finishes and the use of a simple body. There is a sufficient distance between the buildings - no less than 24 meters.

The infrastructure of the estate

In the open area of ​​the Mieszkaj w Miasto housing estate, residential and office development, own city park with an area of ​​3.15 hectares, and a network of internal roads were designed. Inside the estate, between the buildings, there are numerous patios and green areas, recreational promenades, there are also service premises (including a Żabka grocery store), a bicycle room and a pram. The buildings use the Visual Identification System, i.e. the marking of apartment numbers, staircases and parking spaces. Underground and above-ground parking spaces are planned, residents have at their disposal a car wash and parking spaces with sockets for electric cars. A housing estate club for residents has been designed in the estate - a common space of 320 square meters on the ground floor of one of the buildings. The estate is adapted to the needs of disabled people.

Communication

The investment is located near Rondo Ofiar Katynia, Radzikowskiego and Armii Krajowej Streets, which are one of the city's main transport arteries. Bus stops and the Bronowice Małe tram terminus are within 1000 m.
