About investment

The intimate investment of Mate3na is an estate of multi-family buildings which is being implemented in stages. It is located in the southern part of Krakow on the border of Podgórze and Dębniki districts, near Rondo Matecznego and vast green areas.

Location

The investment was erected at Rydlówka Street, in the immediate vicinity of the Rondo Matecznego communication junction, near the Wilga river valley. The area is characterized by modern buildings and developed service infrastructure. It is located about 4 kilometers from the center of Krakow.

The vicinity of the investment

There are educational institutions in the close vicinity of the estate: Mechanical school complex no. 2 (200 meters), private primary school no. Orła Białego (550 meters), public primary school No. A. Struga (1.1 kilometers), Montessori kindergarten (100 meters), Bright Child kindergarten (300 meters). There are green recreational zones nearby: Bednarski Park (2.3 kilometers), Zalew Zakrzówek (2 kilometers), Skałki Twardowskiego (2.5 kilometers).

Architecture

The estate consists of three- and four-storey buildings, built of simple shapes in a modern style. The facade is finished with plasters of contrasting colors - white (walls) and dark gray (balconies). Large windows and steel balcony railings, decorative walls with a plant arrangement, green roofs were made. On the ground floor of some buildings, space has been designed for commercial and service premises.

The infrastructure of the estate

The estate is closed. Around the buildings, plant arrangements, pavements and lawns were made, there are playgrounds for children. The estate includes above-ground and underground parking spaces, storage rooms, a bicycle room and a pram.

Communication

The Rondo Matecznego communication node, located 500 meters from the Mate3ny estate, allows easy access by car and public transport to the center and other districts of Krakow. The Old Town is reachable within 15 minutes by car. Departure from the city is possible by provincial road No. 76 and Zakopianka. At Rondo Matecznego, there are numerous tram and bus stops, as well as a city bike station.
