Dębowe Tarasy is a multi-stage estate of multi-family buildings located in the north-central part of Katowice.

Location

The estate is located in the quarter of Jana Baildona, Bożogrobców and Ściegiennego streets, within the Dąb district belonging to the Northern Districts Complex. The distance from the very center of Katowice is nearly 3 kilometers. The neighborhood has a well-developed commercial, service, educational, sports and communication infrastructure, allowing access to urban green areas.

The vicinity of the investment

In the vicinity of the investment, there are kindergarten no. Misia Uszatka (500 meters), kindergarten no. 47, social primary school "Our Good School", primary school no. W. Korfantego (within 1 kilometer), XIV Secondary School for them. Architecture

Buildings of various heights - from 4 to 13 floors - and a cascade layout of a simple block are made in a modern style. The façade is finished with plasters and clinker brick, the dominant shades are white, gray, beige and red brick, there are also contrasting color elements. Large windows and metal balcony railings were made. Part of the investment includes commercial and service premises on the ground floor.

The estate has a closed area and is monitored 24/7. Green internal courtyards with elements of small architecture, walking paths, numerous plant arrangements and internal roads were built on the site.
