The building has an architecture that is very unique nowadays. When creating the concept for these new apartments in Sosnowiec by sophisticated multi-family housing, the well-known architectural office WK Projekt skilfully used all the charms and advantages of Mansarda. Colloquially referred to as the dormer, it recalls the times of the pre-war splendor of manors and palaces.
