Osiedle Voda is a complex of multi-family 5-storey buildings forming a housing estate over a picturesque water area in a rapidly developing district of Gdańsk.

Location

The investment is situated above the retention reservoir at ul. E. Węgrzyna, in the Jasień district in the south-west of Gdańsk, on the edge of the Kashubian Lake District. The estate is located within well-developed public transport. Nearby there is a bus stop "Lawendowe Wzgórze" of lines 115, 120, 156, 174, as well as night lines N2, N4. The Al. Armii Krajowej is an important communication artery in Gdańsk and part of the provincial road No. 501 connecting Gdańsk with Krynica Morska. To the Gdańsk airport Lech Wałęsa can be reached directly from the stop (PKM) “Gdańsk Jasień” located in the northern part of the district, approx. 2.5 km from the estate.
