Project Features

LCD LUXOR in Bishkek is an L-shaped building, consisting of two blocks and numbering 14 floors. The building is monolithic-frame, built using reinforcement made in Russia, concrete grade 350. The external walls have an additional layer of basalt insulation. For the decoration of facades travertine and granite are used.

The first floor is designed for commercial facilities. At the underground level there will be a spacious parking lot, which can be accessed immediately by elevator.

The yard has an area of ​​33 acres. Landscaping and landscaping, equipping a playground and gazebos for recreation are planned here.
