Millennium Park is a residential complex in the very heart of the capital.

Location

The residential complex "Millennium Park" in Nur-Sultan is located near the Palace of Independence - a picturesque view of the main square of the country opens from the windows of the new building. The complex is located in an area with a dynamically developing infrastructure - near the new building there are all the facilities necessary for a comfortable life.

Surrounding infrastructure

Near the residential complex "Millennium Park" there is the Museum of the History of Kazakhstan, the Kazakh National University of Arts and the Khazret Sultan Mosque. There are grocery stores, cafes, a school and a kindergarten nearby. Within a radius of one kilometer there is a supermarket, a lyceum, beauty salons and pharmacies. Within walking distance of the Presidential Park, Esil flows nearby.

New building parameters

The residential complex "Millennium Park" is designed in a modern style, taking into account the national flavor. Ten high-rise buildings are constructed by the developer from high quality environmentally friendly materials.

The structure of each building is based on a monolithic reinforced concrete frame, and the external walls, which do not bear a serious load, are erected from aerated concrete blocks. The facades are covered with a layer of mineral wool insulation, faced with natural stone and decorated with oriental ornaments.

Energy-saving stained glass windows are installed in metal-plastic windows, which can significantly reduce the cost of heating and increase the level of comfort in the premises.

On the territory of the complex

The development project provides for the construction of a five-level above-ground parking, guest parking spaces are being organized.

The stylobate of the complex is designed to accommodate objects of its own infrastructure. Here will be located:

office premises of large companies;

sports sections and children's clubs;

workshops, ateliers and dry cleaners.

In the central part of the residential complex “Millennium Park” it is planned to build a shopping and entertainment center with a cinema, a children's center, restaurants, cafes and numerous boutiques.

Transport

Transport interchange provides quick access to most parts of the city. About a dozen public transport routes pass nearby, there is a convenient exit to the main highways of Nur-Sultan.
