Where is located

Residential complex "Alem" in Nur-Sultan is located on ave. Uly Dala next to ave. Tauelsyzdyk, about one and a half kilometers from the Esil River and six hundred meters from the Or of the Nura-Ishim canal.

The city akimat is about eleven kilometers away. There are both large apartment buildings and luxury cottages near the complex.

Surroundings of the new building

There is a canteen and a cafe in the neighborhood of the Alem complex, and a grocery store is not more than a hundred meters away. The nearest supermarket is 400 meters away.

In ten minutes walk there is a medical clinic, to the hospital of the medical center of the Administrative Department of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan no more than half an hour.

Transport infrastructure

A few dozen meters from the house on Uly Dala Avenue there is a public transport stop - there are four routes. The movement of buses is organized with a minimum interval of ten minutes.

The railway station "Nur-Sultan-1" is about fourteen kilometers away, the new railway station "Nurly Zhol" is located eleven kilometers away.

Parameters and features of a new home

The L-shaped building has four sections, five and six stories high.

The house has a reinforced concrete monolithic frame, which guarantees high seismic resistance. The walls are made of red ceramic bricks, the facade is insulated with mineral wool. Aerated concrete blocks are also used for internal walls. The building is faced with hinged ventilated panels with porcelain stoneware cladding made in Germany by KeraTwin.

The apartments of the "Alem" residential complex will have closed balconies with stained-glass glazing made on aluminum frames. The window blocks are made of larch and are glazed with triple glass units. Spanish marble Emperador Dark is used for staircases and wall cladding of the entrance groups. Entrances are equipped with silent German Wittur elevators.

On the adjoining territory

The elements of the complex improvement include:

underground parking equipped with a video surveillance system with more spaces than the number of apartments in the building;
