About the project

Residential complex Sat City is an original project of a comfortable new building of variable number of storeys with apartments with improved planning and a landscaped area in the prestigious district of Nur-Sultan.

Location

Residential complex "Sat City" is being built on the left bank of the capital in the dynamically developing Yesil district along Syganak street. From the new building about two kilometers to Lake Taldykol. Gasyktar Park is 2.5 km away. From here you can quickly get to any area of ​​Nur-Sultan thanks to the nearby highway and convenient transport interchange.

Surrounding infrastructure

Not far from the complex there is a school-lyceum №71 and a school-gymnasium №78, kindergartens №86 "Ziyatker", №90 "Erkezhan", several shops, including grocery stores, shopping center Green Mall, supermarket Magnum cash and carry, sports club and the Football Plaza stadium, pizzeria, cafe.

Within a radius of two kilometers there is a large shopping center "Khan Shatyr", "Astana Opera", bars, restaurants, fast food outlets, pharmacies and bank branches.

A ten-minute drive from the new building Central Park, shopping and entertainment center KeruenCity, the capital's circus, the international university "Astana", the oceanarium, the Ailand water park.

About transport

To the stop 40 meters - next to the complex there is a route of buses №29 and №61, which run at a minimum interval of eleven minutes.

The Saparzhai bus station and the Nur-Sultan-1 railway station are almost ten kilometers away. The international airport "Nursultan Nazarbayev" can be reached by car in twenty minutes.

Complex parameters

Residential complex Sat City in Nur-Sultan is a new building from twelve to eighteen floors, designed in a modern urban style, taking into account the seismic activity of the region.

The complex is being built using advanced technology that provides high seismic resistance, as well as great durability of the structure. The new building has a solid monolithic frame. The buildings have a flat roof, which is covered with a soft roll waterproofing and equipped with internal drainage systems. The outer walls are insulated with a durable, environmentally friendly heat insulator.

Additional sound and heat insulation of the apartments is provided by the installation of panoramic windows in PVC profile with energy-saving glazing. Stained-glass glazing of balconies is also carried out.

According to the project, the buildings will be united by a stylobate. Stained-glass glazing is provided for the stylobate part of the new building.

Equipping the complex is planned

Improvement of the territory

The courtyards are set up on the exploited roof of the stylobate. Large playgrounds with swings and slides are being built for children, and sports grounds are being built. Comfortable recreation areas with benches are being set up.

The necessary conditions are created on the territory for the barrier-free movement of people with limited mobility. Parking spaces for temporary parking of cars, as well as ground parking are being equipped near the new building. Walkways and driveways are laid, lanterns are installed, ornamental shrubs and trees are planted, flower beds are broken.

In the stylobate there are commercial premises for pharmacies, a mini-market, a bank branch, and various shops.
