Architecture and features of the complex

Residential complex "House on Botanicheskiy" consists of six houses from nine to eighteen floors, which are designed in a modern style, taking into account the peculiarities of the local climate. The construction is carried out in three stages.

During the construction of the complex, the developer uses a monolithic frame technology, which has provided high seismic resistance. The buildings have a flat roof covered with soft roll waterproofing. External walls are built of ceramic bricks and gas blocks. The stylish façade is faced with clinker bricks, natural stone and HPL panels.

Each apartment has panoramic windows in a five-chamber PVC profile with triple glazing. Stained-glass glazing of loggias with an aluminum profile is carried out.

Special attention should be paid to the design of the hall according to the design project, for the decoration of which high-quality natural materials and unique decorative elements are used. There will be a waiting area with comfortable chairs, niches with ornamental plants, easy navigation through the LCD and strollers.

High-speed elevators with increased carrying capacity are installed in each section.
