Residential complex Lancashire is a new business-class building, designed in a modern style with modern elements and located in the prestigious Nauryzbay region.

The four-storey new building has a reinforced concrete monolithic frame and a monolithic foundation - this ensures high seismic resistance of the structure and allows you to design apartments with a variety of modern layouts. The flat roof is equipped with an internal drainage system and covered with a soft roll waterproofing.

The facade is insulated with a durable, environmentally friendly heat insulator and revetted with hinged panels.

According to the project, the design of the halls and common areas is being carried out. Despite the small number of storeys, passenger-and-freight elevators are installed in each section.

The equipment of the residential complex includes the connection of the necessary utilities and an autonomous heating system, as well as the installation of modern technological equipment. The developer also took care of people with disabilities, for whom the entrance groups are equipped with ramps.

On the territory of the complex

The houses that are part of the residential complex form a cozy and closed courtyard for outsiders. Here are laid paths lined with paving slabs and asphalt driveways. For greater safety of residents and their children, “speed bumps” are installed on the driveways.
