The external walls are filled with gas blocks, which have a small mass and do not exert significant loads on the supporting elements of the structure. Good energy efficiency of the outer walls is ensured by thermal insulation with a durable heat insulator. There are special baskets on the facade for outdoor installation of air conditioners.

The complex is equipped with silent high-speed elevators, the latest technological equipment, fire alarms and the necessary utilities. The central heating system is connected.

Improvement of the territory
