About the project

Residential complex “Sabyr” is an earthquake-resistant modern building of the elite category with large comfortable apartments.

Location 

LCD "Sabyr" in Aktau is located in the 35th microdistrict, five kilometers from the sea. The city akimat is eight and a half kilometers away.

The new building is removed from large highways and industrial zones. New residential complexes and infrastructure are being built in the neighborhood. 

Complex environment 

Near the complex there are several shops, a pharmacy and the Asem Bereket clothing market. The Botanical Garden is seven hundred meters away. Five hundred meters away is a college and a modern comprehensive school. In one and a half kilometers there is a sports complex "Batyr".

The nearest shopping center with a cinema is about three kilometers away. Four hundred meters away is a children's hospital, nearby there is a dental clinic. 

Road junction 

The nearest public transport stop is at least five hundred meters away. There is one bus nearby, it can take you almost to the center and travel outside the city towards the airport, the distance to which does not exceed twenty-two kilometers.

Architecture

SABR residential complex is a ten-story two-section building constructed using advanced technologies from materials that meet environmental safety criteria.

The L-shaped house has a monolithic foundation, a reinforced concrete monolithic frame and a flat roof equipped with internal drains. During the construction of walls, aerated concrete blocks are used, the facade is insulated with a durable effective heat insulator.

The outer surface of the house is decorated with patterns and ornaments in accordance with national traditions, lining is carried out with liquid travertine. The facade is equipped with special decorative mesh containers designed for the civilized installation of outdoor units of air conditioners. From falling from the upper floors of various objects will protect the grid, placed above the entrance groups. 

The building is equipped with noiseless elevators made in Japan and modern utilities. 

On the territory of the house 

The residents of the new building can use the underground parking, as well as guest parking, designed for temporary parking of cars. The courtyard houses a children's play area and a relaxation area.

The built-in and attached building has urban infrastructure with separate entrances from the street.

Asphalt roads and pedestrian paths are laid along the territory of the complex, street lighting devices are installed. Measures are being taken to ensure the barrier-free movement of citizens with disabilities. Lawns are broken and trees are planted.
