About the project

Residential complex 7Qazyna is a new block of new economy class buildings that are being built near the Botanical Garden in a developing microdistrict with modern infrastructure.

Location features

Residential complex 7Qazyna in Aktau is located in the 38th microdistrict. From here to the city akimat is 7.5 km, and to the sea coast no more than five kilometers.

There is good ecology in the vicinity of the new residential complex. The complex is being built at a distance from busy highways, there are no large industrial zones nearby.
