About the project

The residential complex B-Group Plaza is a multi-sectional building with prestigious apartments from the developer B-Group Operating, from the upper floors of which there is a breathtaking view of the Caspian Sea.

Where is located 

LCD B-Group Plaza in Aktau is located in 16 microdistrict, about three kilometers from the sea. Half a kilometer from the new building there is a noisy highway, there are no large industrial enterprises nearby.

The house is being built in the shape of the letter “P” and its sections form a cozy courtyard, closed on three sides of the street.
