About the project

The Otyrar City residential complex is a new quarter of beautiful comfort class houses designed in the traditional Eastern style for Kazakhstan.

Where is located 

LCD Otyrar City in Aktau is located on the territory of the 20th microdistrict, only 2.5 km from the shore of the Caspian Sea. About 300 meters away is a fairly busy road.

Infrastructure 

Within a radius of 2.5 km from the complex there is all the necessary infrastructure, including Aktau shopping center, a variety of shopping centers, business centers, supermarkets and shops, cafes, restaurants and fast food establishments, ATMs and pharmacies. Asem Bereket Market is 3.5 km away.

A chemical and biological school is a 25-minute walk away. The Bolashak Institute, the Caspian State University of Technology and Engineering named after S. Yesenov are 2.3 km away. Three kilometers away is school number 17, the Meridian College of Medicine, nursery school number 53. 

Road junction 

A five-minute walk from the new building is a bus stop. There are several bus routes nearby that run with a minimum interval of 15 minutes.

Mangistau Railway Station is sixteen kilometers away. Aktau International Airport can be reached by car in 25-35 minutes. 

Architecture and features of the complex 

ZhK Otyrar City - six apartment buildings from five to nine floors high. When creating the project, the local climate and the seismic activity of the area were taken into account. 

Buildings are built using classic brick technology. External brick walls during construction are insulated with a durable heat insulator. 

The facade is faced with front bricks of light green and white colors, plastered and decorated with traditional patterns. To create a unique style of the new building, various decorative elements are also used, including columns, arched windows and arches, cornices, small spiers on a flat roof. At night, the facade is highlighted. 

The buildings are equipped with modern silent elevators. At the entrance to the entrances, glazed insulated doors with video intercoms are installed. 

Principles of improvement 

The improvement of the complex includes a deliberate division of the territory into functional zones. There are:

modern playgrounds with a safe surface; 

recreation areas with small architectural forms;

ground parking;

pedestrian sidewalks and driveways for cars, including for vehicles;

sites for training and sports games, fenced with a metal mesh.

Surveillance cameras are installed throughout the area.

Home sales 

The developer offers for sale apartments in one-, two- and three-room layouts. The housing area is from 39 to 94 square meters. You can buy an apartment with a rough finish. The cost of real estate includes the installation of oversized metal windows with energy-saving glazing.
