This house was built several years ago and has been inhabited for a long time. This is a plus - almost all the neighbors have already made repairs and are not making noise. Of the minuses, I can only name a small courtyard and proximity to a busy road. But next to the boulevard and the sea across the road, many shops, cafes, in general, this place is in demand among tourists, so it is more suitable for renting. For life, I recommend paying attention to quieter areas, I like modern houses on New Boulevard.
