We happily stayed in Batumi. And immediately invested in a new building. A very beautiful place, indescribable nature. But the developer is not very happy. Slow pace of construction, I would like to quickly. Still, buying real estate from a pit is a big risk and you need to have a lot of patience. I, as I understand, in Batumi, the deadlines are always violated, you have to put up with it.
