I am looking for an apartment to live in Batumi. I am considering up to 100 sq.m. LCD Terrace Batumi is also interesting, but as far as I understood from the location, the view will be closed by the neighboring construction site, but I would still like to get a view apartment on the sea. Of the advantages, this is of course a location - immediately the park of the new Batumi, a new area and the sea. The only thing that is not clear is whether the apartment will have a view?

I liked that it would be possible to rent an apartment through a management company. That is, even if the owner is not in the country, he will still be able to receive income from renting an apartment to tourists. The place is good, close to the sea, it will be in demand. I am going to buy three apartments on different floors and rent it out, and when I need to - live with my family myself, on vacation, we love Batumi, we constantly come in summer. Regarding Russian resorts in Batumi, everything is cheap, tasty, clean and people around are kinder and more welcoming.
