It is not far from the sea in a straight line, but it will not work in a straight line - dancing fountains are on the way. You have to bypass the pond, so the road to the beach takes 8-10 minutes. But the road is pleasant. 2. Between the complex and the sea there is a free spot, so that they can partially cover the already not ideal view. However, there is a hope that there will be no big construction site - there are already many skyscrapers in the area, and the spot is very small. 3. Uncertainty with partner and infrastructure. It is understood that the hotel will be occupied by a serious international brand, but so far, as I understand it, there are no negotiations with anyone. With all due respect to Roin, it seems to me that he is too indifferent to this issue. It is clear that there is still time, but because of this, buyers do not have a clear understanding of how attractive the object will be. Moreover, there is no clarity about the conditions for residents of the complex when using the pool, etc. It is only clear that it will be for additional money.

In addition to advantages such as a good location and an attractive area for tourists, there are also quite respectable disadvantages. There should not be a hotel and residential apartments in the same complex. A not very beautiful situation arises associated with the local mentality. All the same, Georgia, despite such an influx of tourists and rapid development, remains an Eastern country. That is very much felt when communicating with the locals. None of them would agree to live in the same building as the hotel. Family values ​​far exceed the desire for profit. Raising children next to such a * Neighborhood * is not a very attractive prospect. Although from the point of view of investment and profit, not a bad option.
