There is now a very large selection of new buildings on the new boulevard, I liked this house because it is not too high - 10 floors, I am afraid to live in skyscrapers, especially since Batumi often has small earthquakes. The height of this house seems to me to be optimal, because before, for a reason, houses were built no more than 9-12 floors. And another great advantage is that the sea is literally at hand, only 100 meters away. I love the sound of the surf, and the view of the sea surface. An apartment in this house is my dream!
