operating successfully on the Georgian market since 2015, as evidenced by the Company's 3
completed residential complexes totaling 10,000 square meters. The company is in the process
of constructing an additional 3 residential complexes in central Tbilisi, but just one project has
been built under “Autograph” brand (Vera, 46, Petriashvili St.)
