About the project
The Vivus Kolbenova Pankrác as development project is located on the site of the former ČKD workshops in Prague 9-Vysočany, in the area between Kolbenova and Na Černý Strauz streets. The entire project will be created gradually in five to six stages, in total, the residential complex will consist of 8 buildings of 8, 10 and 15 floors. All 8 new buildings will have 2 underground floors at the same time. Construction of residential, administrative and commercial facilities is planned in two buildings, the rest of the houses will be residential only. The Vivus Kolbenova project will gradually create over 1000 new apartments, shops and offices. It will be possible to buy a parking space for an apartment with 720 spaces. Parks full of greenery will be created between the individual houses.

The Vysočany-Prague 9 area has always been an industrial area, but is now becoming a popular place to live. After the demolition of the factory halls of the bankrupt ČKD company, on the land plot between Kolbenova and Na Černý Strauz streets, a project was created with an extensive residential complex with full civilian equipment. Already today there are many shops and services in the area, the area is very well accessible by public transport, whether you prefer your car or public transport.
The Prague 9 Town Hall is just 4 minutes away by car, the Spitalsk Primary School is 3 minutes away, the U Vysočanského pivovaru kindergarten is just a 5-minute drive from the complex. The Fénix Shopping Center (7 minutes) and the Medical Center (3 minutes) are also a short drive away.
Near the residential complex there are many places for sports and cultural events, such as the Gardens on Klichiv (5 minutes), the castle park in Glubin (7 minutes), and the Glubin swimming and sports complex. For those who prefer to use public transport, there is a tram stop a minute walk from the complex, as well as a metro station on line B "Kolbenova".
