About the project

The Smart Flats development project was implemented in two phases and is owned by the Trigema administration. Within its framework, two apartment buildings were built with a total of 270 new housing units. 141 apartments were built in the first phase and 141 apartments in the second phase. The area with Smart Apartments offers a high standard of living. There is also, for example, a recuperation system, wiring for smart life technologies. Commercial buildings and a gallery associated with the café were also established in the buildings.

The apartments are prepared so that they can be connected or disconnected if necessary. The price of the apartment includes a cellar, garden, terrace or balcony. The garage belongs to the apartment, but is paid separately.

New housing Smart Apartments offers you a choice of 270 apartments with layouts from 1 + kk to 4 + kk and usable area from 28.8 m2 to 141.2 m2. Another advantage of the project is modular housing. The new apartments are designed in such a way that they can be connected or disconnected without great expense. The price of the apartment includes a cellar, the possible price of a garden, terrace or balcony. The garage is also an integral part of the apartment, but is not included in the base price of the apartment.

The Smart Apartments project is located in Prague 5 - Nové Butovice, where you will find both rich greenery and a variety of civic amenities, as well as all services, including public transport. The Nové Butovice metro station is just three minutes from the new buildings, and the Hůrka stop is 10 minutes. The city center or Vaclav Havel Airport can be reached in a quarter of an hour. In the immediate vicinity there are a school, a kindergarten, a gymnasium, a clinic, the City Hall of Prague 13, banks, post office, restaurants. Shopping center Nové Butovice is ten minutes from the house. The Tesco Express supermarket is just three minutes away. There are also parks within walking distance.
