About the project
The Čertův vršek residence is located on Na Strazhi Street in Prague's 8-Libe district. This is the Skanska project, representing 39 new residential buildings with layouts from 1 + kk to 5 + kk and areas from 45.6 m2 to 177.3 m2. The residential complex consists of six architecturally unique new buildings, which have three or four floors, and each of them has only two apartments. Apartment owners can look forward to a comfortable stay with maximum safety and well-being. The buildings form two parallel lines, between them there is an alley that leads to the garden. The urban part of Prague 8-Liben, where the Čertův vršek residence is located, is a place with very good civic amenities. The Litvínovská kindergarten and primary school are just 1 km away. For shopping and various services, you can use the Ládví department store (3.5 km), the Fénix shopping center (3.8 km) or the nearby Kaufland (3.3 km). Just 650 m from the residence is the Bulovka hospital.
In the immediate vicinity of the residence, just 617 m away, you will find the Pekarzka Park, a place to relax and walk with your family. About 1 km from the residential complex is Sportcentrum Prosek with the opportunity to try various sports such as tennis, basketball, football or soccer. About the same distance is Sportcentrum Koráb, where you can use beach volleyball courts and a five-sided football pitch.
