About the project

Penta wants to use the former brewery site for a residential development, which should offer up to 400 apartments in an attractive location close to the city centre. The listed 17th century brewery building will house office and retail space and when complete will give the area a completely new appearance, helping return it to its historic roots as a centrepoint of Nusle.
