About the project

BET ON LIVING IN A BLOOMING QUARTER A PIECE FROM THE CENTER

The Za Tišnovkou apartment building is being built in a quiet street in Husovice, not far from the upcoming modern district of Nová Zbrojovka. Not far from the house you will find the park Tišnovka, a bike path, a playground and a paddock for dogs. Within ten minutes you can walk to Židenice railway station, to the swimming pool or to the Kaufland department store. You can reach the center in 15 minutes by tram.

START-UP HOUSING AND INVESTMENT IN THE FUTURE

The house will have 35 cozy apartments with 1 + KK and 2 + KK layouts, which you can use for your own living or as an investment associated with renting an apartment to, for example, students or young couples. We will reconstruct the original four-storey building, increase it by one floor and add a new extension in the courtyard. Part of the garden behind the house will be preserved.

The architects from the Brno studio Projekt 1980 managed to preserve the original appearance of the street facade so that it seamlessly connects to the surroundings. Behind the deliberately preserved façade lies modern living, which uses historical elements typical of this location. The new courtyard extension is a modern building, sensitively set in the environment that still breathes the 19th century.
