About the project

The Asperre residential project, consisting of 21 BEN homes, will soon be built near the center of Mechelen. Asperre stands for unique, new and sustainable living in Mechelen, with the Papenhof park next to the front door. The houses are executed in contemporary architecture and have 3 or 4 bedrooms. All houses have a spacious south-oriented garden with private bicycle shed and are accessible via a garden path. Parking in Asperre is done in the underground parking garage. There are different types of houses that are distinguished by their layout, facade and windows.
