The place

The Main residential complex is located in the northern part of the Yasamal district of Baku, near the intersection of the Silk Road and E119. The new complex is bordered by cottage buildings.

Despite the lack of industrial zones nearby, large highways pass nearby, and not everyone will like the fact that the International Bus Station is located only two hundred meters away.

Each building has a solid monolithic frame made of reinforced concrete built on a monolithic reinforced concrete foundation.
