LCD "Dream Tower" - a multi-storey building of three sections, forming a triangular structure with smooth lines on the site plan. The new building is being constructed using advanced technologies.

High seismic resistance of the structure is ensured by a solid monolithic foundation and a monolithic reinforced concrete frame. Each section has a height of twenty-three floors, the building is equipped with modern utilities and technological equipment, as well as noiseless high-speed elevators.

The windows have panoramic glazing, the new building actually consists of glass and concrete.

Own infrastructure

The complex has a territory, during the improvement of which every detail is taken into account. The site is predominantly covered with paving slabs, original grassy lawns, repeating the shape of the building, are arranged. There is an artificial pond with several fountains. A large underground parking and lots of parking spaces for temporary parking of vehicles are equipped. Wide driveways are laid and modern streetlights are installed.

Transport accessibility

There is a bus stop near the new building - the distance to it is about three hundred meters. Buses from five different routes regularly run nearby. The movement is organized with a minimum interval of seven minutes. The metro is not very close - almost a kilometer and a half to the Nizami Ganjavi station.
