About the project

The residential complex "Gara Garayev" is a block of multi-storey buildings with ergonomic apartments, located in the new microdistrict.

Location

Features of the new building

Gara Garayev residential complex consists of seven sixteen-story houses designed in an industrial style with oriental motifs. The height of the buildings is emphasized by narrow panoramic windows and vertical lines formed by narrow open balconies with metal fencing and open loggias.

The houses are designed taking into account the seismic activity of the region and the local climate. Each building has a monolithic frame of high strength reinforced concrete and energy-efficient brick walls. The facades are insulated with an environmentally friendly mineral wool heat insulator. During the construction of the complex, high-quality concrete of Ukrainian grade B-25 is used, without chemical impurities that can reduce the structural strength.

Window blocks are made of plastic profiles made according to German technology. The buildings are equipped with:

- Turkish pipes brand Firat;

- passenger and freight elevators manufactured in Turkey with Sicor motors manufactured in Italy;

- modern engineering systems;

- fire alarm.

In the territory of the new building

The complex is being improved in accordance with the need for a comfortable common space and modern building standards.

The closed guarded territory is equipped with an underground parking, places for temporary parking of guest vehicles, a spacious recreation area and a play area for children, equipped with modern swings and slides and having a safe surface. The complex is equipped with video surveillance cameras, street lamps are installed, lawns are broken and trees are planted.

Apartments

The developer provides the opportunity to buy an apartment in a 2-3-room layout, while the housing area can be from 46 to 115 m2.

Cash can be used as a form of payment. Apartments are also sold in mortgages for up to twenty-five years, subject to an initial payment. The cost of housing includes the implementation of the full amount of repair work.
