About the project

For the complex st. Varshavskaya 201a, the location of the rapidly developing part of the Shevchenkovsky district was chosen: new residential complexes grow on the site of small old houses. Also, the area is notable for its proximity to the forest park zone of the Bryukhovetsky forest.
