About the project

The Beethoven residential complex is a comfort-class project being built by the Creator-Bud developer in the Shevchenkivskyi district of Lviv. It provides for the construction of four houses with a height of 14 to 16 floors with adjacent infrastructure.

LCD is created according to the concept of "yard without cars" with a closed area, round-the-clock security and video surveillance. The houses, the first floors of which are set aside for commercial facilities - cafes, shops and services - will have playgrounds and sports grounds, landscaped pedestrian alleys, recreation areas, treadmills. And for the cars of residents and their guests there is an underground parking for 81 cars and guest ground parking, located outside the yard.

The apartments in Beethoven will have panoramic windows, which offers a picturesque view of the city center and the High Castle, and inside the house will get more sunlight. To preserve the appearance of the facade for each apartment there are baskets for air conditioners.

Infrastructure

Beethoven is located between Lypynskoho, Horodnytska and Beethoven streets - it is a 10-minute drive to the center. A few minutes walk from the house there is a public transport stop, where buses №9, №53, №114, №156, №165, №167, №180А, №183, №184, №277, tram №6 and minibuses №25, №28, №34.

The 700th anniversary park of Lviv and the High Castle are a 5-minute drive away. Thanks to the proximity to the center, you can enjoy walking without spending a lot of time on the road. 350 m from the LCD is the stadium "Progress" for morning jogging and team games. Pilates Plus, LOFT Studio and Revat are nearby.

Within a radius of 1 km from the house, several educational institutions have been opened: school №78, gymnasium "Renaissance", kindergarten №121, №104, as well as many private courses, development clubs and schools.

In 5-10 minutes by car you will reach the medical center "Mother and Child", the outpatient clinic of family medicine, the city dentistry and the clinic "Beehive".

For groceries you can go to the nearest supermarket "ATB" in 7 minutes on foot from home. SPARTAK shopping mall with Sport Life fitness club, boutiques, cinema, food court and entertainment for children is a 7-minute drive away. New Point and Forum Lviv shopping centers are located at the same distance.
