About the project

New Lviv is conquering the territory into an industrial zone, combining modern buildings among architectural monuments - "Pidzamche Town" will be built south of the High Castle near Kniazha Hora. The idea of ​​the complex is to create a new center of Lviv, which will become a multifunctional part of the city and will combine residential, business and socio-commercial components.

"Pidzamche town" is not just a residential complex, but an architectural ensemble consisting of several autonomous complexes-quarters. "Pidzamche Town" begins with "ZhK Brama", then "ZhK Novy Fort" and "ZhK Vezha".

A low-rise building was chosen for the complex, which will not create dissonance with the architecture of the old town. The houses will be made in a minimalist style with cascading floors, floor height differences and sloping roofs. The variety of roofs opens up opportunities for attic floors, open-air terraces and recreation areas for future residents.

Infrastructure

Each of the complexes will have its own feature. For example, in ZhK Brama the observation funicular from B. Khmelnytsky Street will be constructed, for walks - the central square, and also amusement park. A shopping and entertainment center will be located in the residential complex "New Fort". ZhK Vezha is considered to be the infrastructural center of Mistechka Pidzamche, where its own school, other facilities for the comfort of residents and a high observation tower with public access will be located.

The complex's own infrastructure will include offices, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, bank branches and other services for the comfortable life of future residents. There are also several grocery stores, a supermarket "Furshet", "ATB" and a market "Pidzamche" in the area of ​​new buildings.

The youngest residents will be able to walk to their future kindergarten - 8 minutes to kindergarten №55, 10 minutes to preschool center №144 or Christian kindergarten and 13 minutes to preschool center №121. For older children next to the school №7, №20, a little further the school-gymnasium "Halytska", school №37 with in-depth French, «8 with in-depth German and Polish school №24.

The journey to the nearest gyms will take a few minutes by car: 2 minutes to the Pride Gymnasium, 3 minutes to the Positive Fitness Club, 6 minutes to the Olympus Premium Athletics Section and 9 minutes to the Pride Elite Gym Fitness Club.
