About the project
The idea of the Riverside project is to create a cozy suburban complex, integrated into the eco-system of the Kiev suburb. The territory of the complex will resemble a park thanks to places for rest, walking alleys and a water channel with a system of bridges. Also, for the residents of the complex there will be a boardwalk along the canal with a cafe, restaurant and beach area.
Infrastructure
To prevent residents from leaving the complex, the project provides for the development of their own infrastructure: they will build a shopping center, a sports complex, a community center and a kindergarten for 120 children.
On the first floors there will be retail premises for shops, pharmacies, cafes, restaurants, beauty salons and a post office. It will be possible to buy products not only on the territory of the Riverside complex, but also on the market in the village of Pogreby, a 3-minute drive away. The road to supermarkets of large retail chains will take 5-15 minutes by car: next to Varus, Silpo, ATB, Fora and EKO-Market.
For school children, educational institutions in Kiev are nearby: 10 minutes by car to school No. 320, 11 minutes by car to schools No. 300, No. 300, and 311, and 12 minutes to school No. 308 and gymnasium No. 283.
One of the main concepts of the Riverside complex is sports and health care, which is embodied in the organization of the Wellness City Park public park. According to the project, Wellness City Park plans to equip a stadium with a football field, basketball and volleyball courts, tennis courts, outdoor exercise machines, crossbars and bars for workout, as well as locker rooms with recreation areas for athletes.
